  • Is there free shipping available?
    Yes. Orders above $469 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $469 are charged a flat rate of $6.95.

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

  • What should I do if my package is lost?
    Verify your shipping address, check all delivery locations, ask neighbors or family, and contact the courier with your tracking number. If officially lost, contact us immediately to reship or refund your order.

  • How do I request a refund or return?
    Refunds and returns can be requested according to our Return & Refund Policy. Items will be refunded via the original payment method after inspection and approval.
