Red light at 630nm and 660nm for slightly below surface treatment such as fatigue reduction and anti-inflammation, near infrared light at 850nm and 940nm for deeper treatment such as accelerated healing and recovery, and blue light at 460nm for surface level treatment, such as reduction of wrinkles.
