Description
  • Hong Kong–style milk tea with history over a century is made of a mix of several types of black tea (in the Western sense, often Ceylon tea), possibly pu'er tea, evaporated milk, and sugar, the last of which is added by the customer unless in the case of take-away. The proportion of each tea type is treated as a commercial secret by many vendors.

  • Our tea blend is mixed with selected high quality tea leaves in our most authentic Cantonese aromatic longings.

  • Milk tea is a popular part of many Hongkongers' daily lives and important part of city's culture, typically served as part of afternoon tea but also at breakfast or dinner.  Hong Kong-style milk tea's brewing technique reflects the dietary pratices and day-to-day life of Hong Kong residents, providing an important link between the past and the present.  The traditional craftmanship will be passed down and preserved for future generations to enjoy. You can make a cup with our blend at home with simple steps. And our can of 400 gram can make up to 30 cups of HONG KONG Milk Tea, great value and nothing goes waste.

  • The instruction is as follows:
  • 1. Boil 2000 liters of water.
  • 2. Add 60g HK Milk Tea
  • 3. Brew for 8 minutes.
  • 4. Filter with cotton filter bag.
  • 5. Pull the tea for few times to make a silky taste with less bitterness, this is the big secret for a smooth HONG KONG TEA.
  • 6. Tea can be served hot with evaporated milk and sugar, or cold with lemon and ice.

  • For a 12 oz serving, add 50g evaporated milk and 30g brown sugar
  • Fill the 12 oz cup with brewed HK milk tea.
