Traditional Processing Method: After harvesting, our soursop leaves are carefully processed and air-dried naturally. During drying, multiple layers of shade are added to the fields, gradually blocking up to 90% of sunlight to preserve the leaves' natural properties and potency. How to Prepare Soursop Tea: Use approx. 15 whole dried soursop leaves (0.5 oz) per quart (32 fl oz) of water. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Rinse and cut the leaves and a small piece of stem into smaller pieces. Add to boiling water and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the liquid reduces by half. Strain the tea well and allow it to cool. Enjoy your soursop tea morning, afternoon, or evening—with a touch of honey and lemon if desired!
